Villa San Marino is a bright and spacious single level property, ideal for those seeking comfort, privacy and a relaxing holiday setting in Alvor.



The living area is welcoming and generous in size, offering an ideal space for socializing and leisure. Integrated within this area, there is a dedicated entertainment zone with a pool table and a ping pong table, providing enjoyable moments for family and friends.



The property features four double bedrooms, all en suite with shower, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. There is also an additional guest bathroom inside the villa.



The kitchen is fully equipped and harmoniously integrated with the social area, offering ideal conditions for preparing meals in a practical and pleasant way.



Outside, the villa boasts an elegant infinity heatable pool (extra cost), surrounded by well maintained gardens and several outdoor dining areas. A barbecue area is available for relaxed outdoor meals, and there is also an exterior guest bathroom for added convenience. The rooftop terrace offers an additional space to relax and enjoy the surroundings.



Located in Alvor, the villa is very close to the beaches, the Natural Reserve and a wide selection of restaurants, bars and local attractions.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 400 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 9th to the 10th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
