âQuietly tucked away on the outskirts of Portland. River view rooms are great and there is a walking/running/biking path along the river. Close to OSHU. â
âI have stayed here 2 times. The staff are nice, the front desk gal offered us her sunglasses out of her car, after my husband broke his. The hotel is clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable. The poolmis nice, yhe breakfast is top notch. â
âWonderful location on Division near great eating and fun shops. Walking distance to Hawthorne atop! Like a classic âbed and breakfast.â bonus for long stays: free washer and dryer! Friendly staff, comfy rooms (tho we were in the basement, not the best view).â
âPossibly the only hotel in that area where you can have a really good meal on top of having a good and clean room.
The gym is fine and options for snacks or better are good too.
This is a good hotel - happy to come back if work puts me in Portland againâ

âI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. Everything was super clean and quiet, with a great view. The service was excellent and everything was just perfect. The only downside was that parking was a bit tricky and a little far. But overall, I would definitely come back again!â
âI liked the friendly staff, they met me at the curb and always held the door. The lobby staff were friendly, the room was clean and inviting. My favorite things were the free coffee (thatâs so rare these days!!) and spending time in the library. Stunning!!â
âThis was a very nice hostel and I felt very safe. I stayed in 4 person bunk room with all women and it was very nice! The doors can only be opened with a keycard for that room. The sheets and bed were very clean and comfortable. I slept in the bottom bunk that had a little curtain which made me feel like I had my own little space. The bathroom was down the hall and was very clean. â
âAmazing hotel and I happen to be there over the 4th of July and had a balcony so I could see and hear the Blues festival and amazing fireworks over the water. But what i loved most was the staff who gave amazing recommendations and helped make my stay awesome.â

âThe two bedroom suite is an absolute dream for traveling with kids. The accessible suite has a washroom with a roll-in shower that perfectly accommodates a crib, so a baby can sleep undisturbed while other guests can use the second washroom.â

Breakfast included but it lacked in quality and taste. Nobody in the family liked it.
Not enough towels in the room even though it was booked for a family of four. We had to get those ourselves.
Expensive parking. We were informed it was going to be $ 52 but it turned out to be $ 62. I guess itâs because the our car is oversized. Still faulty information though.
If all this is Hyatt we wonât be staying again. We put time into making an informed decision and are very disappointed about the outcome, the hotel isnât cheap either. There are plenty of hotels, especially in a larger city."
