âStayed for six nights and didnât have my room cleaned once. Asked for cleaning three times and was promised cleaning but nothing happened.
Front desk staff was rude and also âforgotâ to order a cab to take me to the airport which almost made me miss my flight.
When you pay almost 300 USD/night you expect good service but at Hyatt Centric it was non existent. â

âVerkligen ett fint och bekvĂ€mt hotell. Ingen möjlighet att göra kaffe pĂ„ sitt eget rum - alltid ett litet minus. I den fina coffeshopen i lobbyn pĂ„ morgonen, var personalen inte sĂ€rskilt service minded och yoghurt och kaffe serverades i engĂ„ngs/plasttallrikar och bestick. Det levde inte upp till de annars fina och exklusiva ramarna. â
âGreat location, lovely old building. Absolutely love the keyless entry and locked front door after hours! Clean and comfy room was perfect for our weekend downtown- walkable to everything youâd want to explore. Beds were plush and staff were friendly. 10/10 would stay again.â

We were in a great location-- literal steps from public transit, a CVS and small grocery store, the University of Portland, green spaces, plus coffee houses and food trucks. âHilton was very central but have the issues large Hilton has. Understaffed reception (only one person during my state) gave 15 min waiting time. The 25 dollar breakfast was a pretty bad, not worth it. Not healthy for sure. â

"Booked a room that was stated wheelchair accessible bathroom on hotels.com, this was not the case at all when we arrived at the hotel. We managed to borrow a shower chair which was good. But not a comfortable stay for me as a wheelchair user. Nothing was done by the hotel to help this situation.
Our other big thing is that we booked the hotel in particular because it had a pool (for our two kids). The pool was closed for maintenance and opened an hour before checkout. We didnât have time to use it. No information about this long closure until we arrived at the hotel.
Breakfast included but it lacked in quality and taste. Nobody in the family liked it.
Not enough towels in the room even though it was booked for a family of four. We had to get those ourselves.
Expensive parking. We were informed it was going to be $ 52 but it turned out to be $ 62. I guess itâs because the our car is oversized. Still faulty information though.
If all this is Hyatt we wonât be staying again. We put time into making an informed decision and are very disappointed about the outcome, the hotel isnât cheap either. There are plenty of hotels, especially in a larger city."
