“The property was very nice and the staff was helpful and professional. My only complaint is the infant that was crying for hours next door both nights and mornings. Either sound proof your rooms or don’t place adults in rooms next to families with children. ”

“Nice location. Very friendly staff. Nice room.
Would have liked coffee and tea in the room.
Stayed at the 18th floor and in was quiet.
AC very close to one bed and blew pretty strong even on low. Control on wall very hard to navigate but could be related to just this room, 1801.
Didn’t tell staff because we could handle it.
They have a coffee station in the lobby between 5 am- 7am but would’ve been nice to have the oppertunity to brew some in room in the afternoon. ”

“Stayed for six nights and didn’t have my room cleaned once. Asked for cleaning three times and was promised cleaning but nothing happened.
Front desk staff was rude and also “forgot” to order a cab to take me to the airport which almost made me miss my flight.
When you pay almost 300 USD/night you expect good service but at Hyatt Centric it was non existent. ”

“Verkligen ett fint och bekvämt hotell. Ingen möjlighet att göra kaffe på sitt eget rum - alltid ett litet minus. I den fina coffeshopen i lobbyn på morgonen, var personalen inte särskilt service minded och yoghurt och kaffe serverades i engångs/plasttallrikar och bestick. Det levde inte upp till de annars fina och exklusiva ramarna. ”

“This property was so charming and veautifully decorated. Had easy access and parking one block away. Food and shopping was all walkable distance. The rooms were perfectly small and had all amenities. LOVED the photobooth in the lobby also. ”

“They we both very nice and helpful, I asked if could be placed in a first floor room due my mobility disability, they were able to accommodate us and even privided me with plastic ware when the restaurant that we ordered foid from didn't include it. Quiet location with a nice view of the west hills Portland area. Clean room. Definitely recommending it

"Booked a room that was stated wheelchair accessible bathroom on hotels.com, this was not the case at all when we arrived at the hotel. We managed to borrow a shower chair which was good. But not a comfortable stay for me as a wheelchair user. Nothing was done by the hotel to help this situation.
Our other big thing is that we booked the hotel in particular because it had a pool (for our two kids). The pool was closed for maintenance and opened an hour before checkout. We didn’t have time to use it. No information about this long closure until we arrived at the hotel.
Breakfast included but it lacked in quality and taste. Nobody in the family liked it.
Not enough towels in the room even though it was booked for a family of four. We had to get those ourselves.
Expensive parking. We were informed it was going to be $ 52 but it turned out to be $ 62. I guess it’s because the our car is oversized. Still faulty information though.
If all this is Hyatt we won’t be staying again. We put time into making an informed decision and are very disappointed about the outcome, the hotel isn’t cheap either. There are plenty of hotels, especially in a larger city."
