• This is the lower-level apartment of a classic Portland triplex. You’ll have your own private entrance and no shared interior spaces.

• Sound and occasional pipe noise may travel from upstairs/adjacent units. Light sleepers may want earplugs or white noise, especially if other guests are active late at night.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.

We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
