Guest Access:
Guests have private use of the entire main floor and yard. Entry is through the back door via a secure lockbox. You’ll also have access to a washer and dryer, which may be shared with the separate basement unit. Please return the key to the lockbox after use.
The Neighborhood:
Located in one of Portland’s most walkable and friendly neighborhoods, this home is just two blocks from Fremont Street, where you’ll find cafes, bagel shops, Thai, Lebanese, Italian, pizza, and more. The area is quiet, safe, and full of beautiful gardens. It’s five miles to PDX, one mile to the Hollywood MAX station, and close to freeway access for exploring the entire city.
Getting Around:
Easily accessible by car, bike, or public transit. You’re a 12–15 minute Uber or taxi ride from PDX, or you can take the MAX Red Line to Hollywood Transit Center, then transfer to Bus #75 just a few blocks from the house. Once you arrive, you’ll hardly need your car again.
Other Things to Note:
There may be other guests in the basement studio so please be respectful of coming and going and quiet hours.
