Columbia Gorge Industrial Loft på 2nd Street - 2 bdrm plus Den

Vackert helt nytt radhus i industriell stil med fantastisk utsikt över Columbia River och historiska Troutdale. Ligger tvärs över gatan från Troutdale House, gångavstånd till utloppsgalleria, en kilometer från Edgefield, tre mil från Riverview Restaurant, och bara åtta miles från Portland International Airport. 2 sovrum, 2. 5 badrum och den. Platsen är perfekt för resor till Gorge, skidåkning på Mt. Hood, ta på en konsert på Edgefield eller besöka Portland.

Radhuset byggdes 2017 och har en liten luftig och öppen planlösning med fantastisk utsikt över historiska Troutdale och Columbia River. Det har inredda gästerna komfort i åtanke och för att återspegla den naturliga skönheten i Columbia River Gorge Area. Huset är helt luftkonditionerat och isolerat enligt höga energistandarder. Här är information om varje rum i radhuset: Första nivå: Vardagsrum / matsal: En av mina favoritplatser att koppla av. Expansiva fönster som inramar en territoriell vy över Washington State och Historic Troutdale. Balkong för att njuta av utsikten och få frisk luft. Stor 65-tums plattskärms-TV med åtkomst till SLING-TV och Netflix, blue ray-spelare och blue tand soundbar. Höghastighetsinternet. Matsalen har ett bord med sex sittplatser och extra barstolar för bänkplatser. Köket är fullt utrustat med alla nödvändigheter i ett lyxigt modernt hem. Halva badet och tvättstugan: tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek. Strykjärn, strykbräda, första hjälpen kit tillhandahålls andra nivå: sovrummet: stora öppna välvda tak med fönster och balkong med fantastisk utsikt. Balkongen är utmärkt för en kopp kaffe på morgonen eller ett glas vin eller öl på kvällen. Queen size 12 tums minne skum madrass. Jag har samma madrass i min N. Portland BNB och det får fantastiska recensioner för komfort. Läshörna med 46 "smart TV, blue ray-spelare med tillgång till Sling TV och Netflix. Master bad har två dubbla handfat, stå upp dusch och och gå i garderoben. Schampo, balsam och badgel levereras. Qtips, bomullsbollar och öronproppar medföljde också. Andra sovrummet: Mycket pittoreska och mysiga. Queen size 12 tums minne skum madrass. Vackra läslampor och ditt val av ljusa filtertoner eller fullständig mörkläggning. Den: Den är öppen mot korridoren. Bra ställe att koppla av och läsa en bok. Fungerar som ett mycket bekvämt sovrum. Dagbädden har en åtta tums minneskum med två dubbla madrasser med en dubbla rulla. Kombinerat kommer det att sova två vuxna lätt. Hallen har också en kombination av lätt filtrering eller komplett mörkläggningsskugga. Shoji-skärmen tillhandahålls för integritet. Gästbadrum: Bad / duschkombination. Ljust och rent. Schampo, balsam och badgel levereras. Obs: Liknar de flesta hotell. Jag använder utvändiga säkerhetskameror för att övervaka egenskaperna två ingångar. Jag använder detta för att hjälpa mig att hantera fastigheten, säkerställa att städpersonal anländer och för allmän säkerhet.

This is our second stay at Ken’s place, and I’m certain there will be a third! Comfortable, clean, and super convenient to downtown Portland and many hiking/nature activities!

We spent a week over Thanksgiving, visiting family and the Portland/ Columbia Gorge areas. The townhouse is well represented in the listing, was well equipped and comfortable.

Beautiful place with all new furnishings. Perfect location near the Columbia River Gorge. Easy to get to hiking, Vista House, Mt Hood, waterfalls, Bonneville Fish Hatchery, etc. Only 30 mins to downtown areas. Highly recommended.

TROUTDALE CONDO

It was a wonderful place to stay. The condo itself was exactly what VRBO had described. It was very clean, very well decorated and made us feel right at home. It had everything that we needed. There are 2 outdoor porch decks that overlook the quaint Main Street that we used often to watch what was going on around town. The condo is on the next street over but has a clear view of the Main street and the mountains over on the Washington side of the river. We walked around that area to the restaurants and the shops often. The beach and river is right around the corner. The photo of it on VRBO is accurate and always had emergency personnel on hand as the current does get swift in spots. Troutdale is situated in an ideal area to get to Mount Hood, to all the waterfall areas, to Portland (about 25 minute drive), to Washington state, to the many wineries and to the coast (about 2.15 hour drive). We had a great stay at the condo and in the Portland area.

This loft is lovely! It is clean, tidy, and well equipped in the kitchen. There's a washer & dryer for longer stays. The beds & pillows are comfortable. And the location is great - literally a block away from the quaint Troutdale main street, and just a few blocks from 18 food trucks! If visiting Troutdale for the FSM Clinic, this location couldn't be better...it's just steps from their door! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again if we return!

Would definitely come back!

Feel like we found a real gem in the Portland area here. Perfect for our family with grown children. Modern with a cozy vibe, the loft is comfortable, clean, spacious, well-appointed and close to everywhere we wanted to go. Ken is very responsive on email and we certainly appreciated his flexibility with our check-in (so welcome after an all-night flight). We would definitely come back if we're ever in the area again!

Great base for ranging around Portlandia

This duplex is clean, spacious and nicely furnished. It’s in a great location a few miles from downtown Portland and right on the Columbia River Gorge. There also are some local parks along the Sandy River that are lovely places to walk, run and birdwatch. Groceries, coffee and such are close by. Ken was very responsive to our few questions, and checking in and out was simple. Highly recommended.

One week stay in Troutdale.

Location of this property was absolutely perfect, it was very clean and had all the amenities you need for your stay. The beds were very comfortable and grocery market are less than 2 miles away. Ken, the owner is easy to communicate with in the event you have questions or need anything. We were a family of four, three adults and one teenager, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Visiting Multnomah Falls is a must as well as ordering pizza across the street at “The way out Inn” it is DELICIOUS, add the roasted garlic...yumm! We loved the little town of Troutdale. We look forward to returning to this lovely property.

Great place for a family visit

We had a nice time in the loft. It met our needs for a family of three perfectly. The kitchen was very well outfitted with pots, pans, a blender, toaster, coffee maker, and it was fun to find some non perishable food left from previous renters in the fridge and cupboards, like coffee, butter, peanut butter, and jelly, and cereal. There were even some baking supplies. We were even able to have other family members visit for games and dinner one night. The four star rating on cleanliness was only due to one small problem that was addressed with the owner. Overall the place was very clean.

Excellent townhouse in Troutdale

A group of 5 adults stayed at Ken's townhouse in downtown Troutdale for a weekend getaway and it was perfect. The property is clean, spacious, exactly as described in pictures. It was incredibly comfortable, cozy, and well-laid out. Communication with the property owner was excellent. We enjoyed our two nights in Troutdale and would stay here again should we need to return to this area!

The property is spotless, very clean , and well maintained. My girlfriend and I had a nice time staying here. This was a nice location for my outdoor hiking activities. Ken responded to all my questions quickly. The view to the North is beautiful looking toward the Columbia river valley. Parking is easy. You can park on the South side of the property in the street or on the North side of the property under the balcony area. Kitchen had necessary utensils/ plates/ bowls/ pans to prepare meals if you want to cook. The couch downstairs was very comfortable and nice. The bed in the master bedroom was really comfortable. Check in / check out was very easy with the key pad locks. This is a nice 5 star VRBO loft. I would definitely stay here again :) Nick & Janice

Loved this place

Our stay in Troutdale was short but fun. This unit was very comfortable, new, modern and convenient. The town of Troutdale is small but inviting and is a short walk to dining, pub, shopping, coffee shop and more. It’s perfect location to make the loop up Columbia River Gorge to Hood River, Mt Hood, and back for a fun filled day and abundant scenery.
