Cute and comfortable
We really enjoyed our stay. We loved being able to walk to the Eastern Promenade. The beds, including the sofa bed were very comfortable. Very cute and cozy There are stairs to enter the building for anyone with mobility issues. If you are unfamiliar with older buildings, the radiators do make some noise while heating in the winter.

So nice!
We loved this location basically right on the Eastern Promenade. Very easy to get into town or anywhere really. Walk down the street to the ocean, playground for kids, dog friendly beach and a nice neighborhood with some classy homes. The street was quiet and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Definitely would rent it again!

Great location!!!
Great property for our 5 night stay in Portland. Super close for morning walks on the Eastern Promenade and afternoon walks to downtown. Check out the Front Room for a great meal.

Excellent Stay
Clean home in a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance to many of Portland's sites. The gorgeous park at the end of the road just steps away from the home is full of beauty, walkways, and playgrounds. We enjoyed our stay and will book again if we are ever back in this area!

Beautiful Apartment
The unit was spotless. It blends classiscs with modern touches. The host has thought through all the little details so you don’t have to. The neighborhood is charming and a short walk to downtown. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Clean, great location, perfect getaway location
The location was amazing. We walked most places, but there was so much to do within a short drive, as well. The apartment was very clean, beds comfortable, and amenities plenty. I traveled with my mom and sister on this trip. Now, I'm trying to convince my husband we need to visit Portland. If we are ever in the area again, we will stay here. Perfect spot!

Great Girls Weekend!

Perfect stay!
Highly recommend Jennifer’s property! It was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well suited for our family including toddlers and an infant. Jennifer was very helpful with a couple questions I had leading up to our stay. The pictures really don’t do justice to the space- much more spacious than I’d expected. It has some of the ‘charms’ of older homes (tight bathroom etc) but we are used to that. 😊 Perfect location close to restaurants, park, and port, and street parking was easy.

Great Place in a Prime Location
My wife and i loved our stay on Munjoy Hill. The location was easy to find and within walking distance of numerous restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops. It is in a great neighborhood with access to the east Portland Promenade only a half block away. The accomodations were nice as well with only one issue worth mentioning. Seating in the front room was not very comfortable. That being said, i would come back to this apartment in a heartbeat if i visit Portland again.

A great location
Munjoy Hill house location was great for access to Portland and neighborhood restaurants & stores. We especially liked the Front Page restaurant. Although it rained almost the whole time we were there we found plenty to do in Portland and surrounding areas.

A quiet place to stay in Portland
This was a super charming, spacious clean apartment located just a block up from the waterfront in the Eastern side of Portland. It was perfect for my husband, myself and two teenagers. We were within a short walking distance to a few excellent neighborhood restaurants- The Front Room and Jing Yan Tavern, plus a few markets. It’s walkable but quite a distance to the downtown area- put on those walking shoes! There was so much to explore and see! If you want a more quiet place to stay, this is a nice option.

Perfect long weekend getaway!
This beautiful, spacious 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for a long weekend getaway with our toddler. Well maintained and cleaner than my house! Street parking was easy. Quick walk up and down hills to breweries, playground, basketball and tennis courts, and cafes!

Jennifer’s home is lovely and spacious and in a wonderful location. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and it’s a VERY short drive to all the shops and wonderful restaurants. Would highly recommend and will stay there again if we ever come back.

Great stay for a few people!
The location of this apartment is great! Minutes away from restaurants, parks and the water. I’m only giving it 4/5 stars because of the noise. The walls are thin and the clicking heaters are a little loud.

Just Right in Portland
When Goldilocks visits Portland, she stays Here—not too much, not too little, but Just Right. Location amazing. Great location and clean apartment
The location of the apartment was great! Walking along the Eastern Promenade is peaceful & the place is only a 20-30 min walk away from the main nightlife/restaurant scene. The apartment was easy to find and access (besides one of the door numkeys being hard to press), and there was a lot of parking right in front. Inside, the apartment was clean and the host had left toiletries and snacks.

Amazing Place, Amazing Location, Amazing Host
We had a beautiful time on a family vacation in this amazing home. Not only is the place super charming and VERY clean, but the host looks into every detail, including a welcome note and some snacks. Didn’t stay
The property seemed nice but my wife was in a wheelchair from a fall and had a broken foot. A friend was on a walker due to mobility issues. Neither could climb the 6 steep stairs to get in. We were also concerned that two of the adult friends would have to sleep on a trundle bed (not mentioned) on the property description. Night bathroom visits would be difficult. Otherwise the property was pretty and functional. Very nice layout to the unit.

We loved our stay! The location was great!
This super cute place had everything we needed! Walkable to water front, ferry, food trucks and family park. We enjoyed being able to bring food back from the fish market to cook at the home. My children enjoyed the kids books and large living room for play time! We were able to get here in 15 minutes from the airport! Hope to stay again if we get to come back to Maine.

Perfect Portland stay for our family
Wonderful, clean, spacious accommodations for our family of four on our visit to Portland. Excellent location with shops, parks, trails nearby and super convenient to downtown and surrounding areas. The owner is very easy to communicate with and makes sure all of your necessities are covered - lots of clean towels, travel toiletries available, coffee and tea in the kitchen, access to washer/dryer if needed, super clean. We had a wonderful stay!
