Stroll to favorites like Screen Door, Canard, Slow Haste coffee, Whole Foods, and countless hidden gems along NE 28th and Burnside. Spend a sunny afternoon at Laurelhurst Park, catch a live show at Revolution Hall, or grab drinks at one of Portland’s countless microbreweries.



Getting Around:

🚶 Walking — You're in Portland's Kerns neighborhood, with the NE 28th Avenue restaurant row plus nearby cafes, shops, and Whole Foods a short walk from 925 NE 23rd Ave.



🚌 Bus — Several TriMet lines run on nearby streets, including Line 19 (Glisan) and Line 20 (Burnside/Stark), with service to downtown Portland. Check trimet.org for the best route.

Other Things to Note:

These townhouses share walls and the property is nestled near a freeway; urban noises can be audible at any given time.



There are six exterior approach steps and stairs between the four levels; the kitchen/living floor has no bathroom. The studio has its own exterior entrance. Kitchen supplies are basic, and room temperatures can vary. Do not park or unload in the front street spaces on weekdays from 7 AM to 6 PM; these are reserved for businesses.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.

We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
