The Space:

This booking is designed for groups who want both privacy and proximity: five private apartments in one N Mississippi Ave building are reserved together for your stay. Across the building there are 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 7 queen beds, multiple living areas, and a full kitchen in each apartment.



Each apartment has its own private entrance and interior layout, so guests should expect to move between apartments through the building entry areas or outside rather than through one connected interior suite. Units include street-level/main-floor, second-floor, and lower/daylight-basement spaces; stairs are required, and no elevator or fully step-free route is documented for the full group setup.



The building is in a lively Mississippi Ave location near restaurants, bars, shops, and music venues. The setup works well for groups who want separate sleeping and living zones, but it is not one single open-plan home. Neighborhood and building sound can be audible, especially on evenings and weekends.

🚗 Driving — This reservation includes the leftmost four gravel spaces as you enter the rear lot from the alley, assigned from left to right to Units 1, 2, 3, and 5. Unit 4 and any additional vehicles must use legal street parking and follow posted signs.



✈️ Airport — PDX is about 15 minutes by car. The MAX Yellow Line at the nearby Albina/Mississippi station connects to downtown and other MAX lines for airport access.

We welcome pets! Our cleaning team deep cleans between every stay, though we can't guarantee 100% dander-free for allergy-sensitive guests.



🚭 No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.

We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something.
