Enjoy all the comforts for a relaxed stay or vacation experience at our tastefully decorated modern meets vintage home. High-end appliances, one of a kind antiques, and even a Moxie® Showerhead Speaker. Total of 2 level, main level comes with living and dining area, kitchen, half bath, second level comes with 2 full-bath and 3 bedrooms. Laundry machine, iron equipped in the house. House also comes with a private fully fenced yard. Kid's playground, natural walkways right next to the house. Guest have access to the entire house including garage, fully fenced backyard, nearby playground.

Other details to note

1. This house is in quiet residential area. We welcome respectful guests who will treat our neighborhood and our place as their home. This means that respectful friendly gatherings are OK. That said, loud and/or wild parties are strictly forbidden.

2. If you are booking the place for someone else and you won't be physically present during the reservation, please let us know about it.

3. For guest that staying for a longer period, our data plan is 1.2Tb/month, that's standard for most of internet carrier. 1.2TB data equals to:
-Send and receive 46,000 emails
-Stream 9,000 hours of music
-Surf the internet for 2,800 hours
-Game for 18,500 hours
-Stream high-def videos for 400 hours
-Post to social media for 6,200 hours
It's very rare that the data usage would exceed 1.2 TB. However, if you do exceed the limit, we will be charge a fee of $100.

  • The California Condor was a common sight along the Columbia River in Lewis and Clark's day. By the early 1980's, there were only twenty-two left on the face of the planet, all in California. Today, thanks to a massive effort to re-populate the species via in-captivity pairing, there are some two-hundred members. But their recovery is far from assured. The Oregon Zoo has undertaken its own recovery effort whose ultimate goal is the re-introduction of the species into the protected wilderness area around the Columbia River Gorge. In short, to bring them home. For now, they live out their days in a vast, outdoor aviary designed specifically to mimic their habitat in the wild. If you have never seen one up close before, I urge you to come take a look. They are larger than any flying bird you will ever see, unless you go to Peru. And though black and white practically from head to toe, their plumage shines and reflects the light like dark, polished metal. If that doesn't suit your fancy, I will tell you that, as with all big birds, if you wait around long enough, they will do something so awe-inspiring that it will take your breath away, and something so goofy that you will laugh out loud. Relaxing stay!

I love this house. It is located right near the Oregon zoo. Also it is easy to get to downtown Portland. This home was so clean and big. The whole neighborhood was quiet which was pretty nice. There was also a playground behind our yard which was awesome for the kids. It had everything we needed. Communication with the home owner was amazing. They replied to my messages right away. I give this house a beyond 5 star rate. I highly recommend! Can’t wait to come back again!
