Stayed last weekend at this property front desk person seems to be also the breakfast person ran out of bagels Saturday morning and Sunday morning there were no more plates and Saturday morning there was a tray but had nothing on it the front desk lady was rude she literally slammed the cabinet door while getting the plates and literally slammed it on the counter then when the gentleman with glasses half bald went to ask hee for bagels her words were the same she told me âyou guys completely wiped us outâ!!!! This was Sunday morning 8-.30 am he also was gonna complain but other guests were also upset the owner manager should check the camera and Friday I complained about a lady she smoked 3x on the steps by the pool while kids were swimming pool bottom had literally a whole handful of hairs like they forgot to clean the bottom with the net! Very disappointed I will never come here ever again quality inn across the street I be staying there for now on! Room was spotless super clean was very happy with that windows have no window screen and front door was faded I stayed at room 221.
