You will be the sole occupant and have full and private access to the entire house, detached office/artist studio space and private, fenced yard during your stay of 30 days of more.

A fresh remodel blends the original charm of this 1920's bungalow with the comfort and convenience of modern living. Enjoy cooking or dining in the brand-new, fully-stocked kitchen overlooking the back yard: stainless steel appliances, gas cook top, convection oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, utensils.

Two of the three bedrooms offer queen-size beds with black-out drapes and luxury cotton linens for restful sleep anytime. The third bedroom has a comfortable full-size bed and large desk for a flexible space that works as a bedroom, remote work space or both. Both bathrooms have been fully renovated with tiled walk-in showers (no tubs) , plenty of storage and come with plush, absorbent towels.

The house is on a low-traffic residential street with a lovely, private backyard. The TV is in the finished basement to create a get away space from the rest of the house.
