Its central location allows you to easily reach restaurants, shops, the seafront, and the beautiful Pianotta beach, just 10 minutes’ walk away. It is the ideal choice for guests who wish to stay in a welcoming place while exploring the town and the island’s natural beauty.

We offer our guests discounted rates for the ferry reservation, by issuing the ticket with Moby or Toremar where the discount varies between 20 and 30%, or we send a link with a discount code entered where it is possible to issue the ticket independently also for Low Cost companies such as Blunavy or Corsica Ferries.

Among our proposals we also offer a discounted rental for both scooters and e-bikes.
The Balena Room, located in the heart of Porto Azzurro, is ideal for those seeking comfort, privacy, and a convenient base to explore Elba Island. The room features a private and functional bathroom, as well as a spacious terrace equipped exclusively for our guests, perfect for relaxing outdoors.

Inside, you will find everything needed for a pleasant stay: a comfortable double bed, TV, fridge, safe, and Wi-Fi to secure your personal belongings. The room is also equipped with air conditioning for the summer months and heating for the winter, ensuring the ideal temperature regardless of the season.

The stay is managed with self check-in, allowing you to arrive and settle in completely independently, respecting your privacy and schedule.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Access to the room is via a common area of the building. Please note that this area is for transit only and is not accessible for other activities by guests; improper use will result in a charge of the security deposit.

Important Information:

Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Arrivals after 7:30 PM are accepted with an additional charge of €40.

Check-out: by 9:00 AM.

Linen: Bed and bath linen are not included, but can be rented on request for €40 for a double bed and €20 for a single bed, 7 days before arrival. Pickup is only at our Portoferraio office.

Pets: Small pets are allowed with an additional charge of €50.

No smoking inside the property.
