basic apartment is ideal for holidays by the beach in Porto Cesareo. It
consists of a large living room with corner sofa and television, dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, bathroom with shower. The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom with pull-out bed and a bathroom with shower. The holiday home has air conditioning in the living room.

Appartamento 4 is part of Villa Michelle, in Porto Cesareo, in the area known as Scala di Furno. The 4 apartments for rent are within walking distance form the beach Lido Tabù,
which is one of the most famous and beautiful beaches in Porto Cesareo.
The centre of Porto Cesareo, with its amenities, is less than 2
kilometers away from the villa. 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
