Villa Sara is a
seafront holiday home with garden in Torre Lapillo, for relaxing
holidays in Salento. Villa Sara has large outdoor and indoor areas and
is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, mosquito nets, washing machine, barbecue, parking area and outdoor shower. It accommodates up to 7 guests. Pets are allowed.

Sara has a pedestrian entrance and a car entrance. The villa is
introduced by the seafront driveway and the porch with table, chairs and
swing seat. Moreover, in the garden there are the barbecue and outdoor
shower, which is very useful after a day at the beach.

consists of a living room with dining and seating area and a sofa bed, a
kitchenette with access to the garden, a double bedroom, a triple
bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Sara is a by a tract of coast with free beach. The centre of Torre
Lapillo is less than 500 meters away, while the closest beach
establishment is 1.5 kilometers away. The majestic and suggestive tower,
the symbol of the town, is 200 meters away.




- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
