Villetta Irene is a holiday home in Torre Lapillo, 250 meters away from the beach. The holiday home is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning in the bedrooms, oven, washing machine, hair-dryer, tv and mosquito nets. It accommodates up to 8 guests. Pets are allowed.

The
holiday home is introduced by a covered outdoor area furnished with
table and chairs. At the back there is a partly covered furnished yard
with sink.
Villetta Irene opens into the spacious entrance, with access to the triple bedroom furnished with double bed, twin sized bed and air conditioning and a full bathroom (without bidet).
The long corridor leads to: a four-bed room (double bed + bunk bed) with air conditioning and access to the yard at the back, a full bathroom, dining room with open kitchen, sofa bed and tv. Moreover, there is a small laundry room with washing machine and a small storage room with light well.

holiday home is in a quiet area of Torre Lapillo, close to the city
centre and the beach. The closest beach is 250 meters away and the city
centre with its services is within walking distance.
The ancient
tower, with its cultural area, is 1 kilometer away. The city centre of
Porto Cesareo is 5 kilometers away. The famous beach of Punta Prosciutto
is 5 kilometers away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Pets specific cleaning fee: euro 47 to be paid upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- One of the bathroom is without bidet and without windows.
