The apartment is part of the Alba Apartments vacation home complex.
The
entrance is in an outdoor space shared with the ground floor apartment.
Shared stairs lead to the second floor. Here, a beautiful veranda equipped and for exclusive use introduces the interior.
The apartment consists of a large living room furnished with table and chairs, 2 single beds,
sofa and TV. From the living room there is access to the kitchenette
equipped with a sink, while the kitchenette is located in the adjacent
laundry area.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, including 1 twin with single beds and 1 double. A shower room completes the house.

The
vacation apartment in Torre Lapillo is located in a privileged
position, right on the seafront and a few steps from the historic tower,
symbol of the town of Porto Cesareo.
Torre Lapillo is famous for
its beautiful beaches of golden sand and the sea with its shallow and
crystal clear waters. The first such beaches are just 500 meters from
the house.
All services are present in Torre Lapillo in summer, and also reachable by a nice walk. 


- Self check-in instructions will be sent by mail or wsapp.
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- Water not drinkable.
