Villetta Stefy is a vacation home with garden just 50 meters from the beach of Punta Prosciutto, a seaside resort of Porto Cesareo famous for its beautiful beaches, fabulous sea and dunes.
The house is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine,
hair dryer, TV, microwave, electric oven, mosquito nets. In the garden
there is an outdoor shower with hot water and parking space.

Villetta Stefy is a detached vacation home surrounded by a fenced garden. A gate for cars allows parking inside the property.
A
covered veranda, furnished with table and chairs, allows for outdoor
dining. To the rear is a second gate for cars, and an additional
courtyard equipped with a fireplace for a barbecue, an enclosed outdoor
shower, and a small bathroom with a sink and toilet.
 
The living area of Villetta Stefy consists of a living room with
dining room, TV and air conditioner, plus a kitchen from which there is
an exit to the back yard.
The sleeping area is introduced by a hallway, in which there is 1 bunk bed with a third pull-out bed, and consists of 2 double bedrooms. Completing the house is 1 shower room. All windows are equipped with grilles and mosquito nets
.

Stefy is located in a residential area of the coast of Porto Cesareo,
in Punta Prosciutto. The house is just 50 meters from the nearest beach.

Punta Prosciutto is a locality mainly made up of small villas
and equipped lidos; services can be found in the nearby marinas of Torre
Colimena and Torre Lapillo, the closest. 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 54 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
