The two-room apartment stands on the second floor of a complex. It is a simple and essential vacation home perfect for relaxing vacations in Puglia on the Ionian Sea.
Independent, the two-room apartment can be reached by external stairs leading to the large terrace equipped with table, chairs and comfortable sun loungers to enjoy the Salento sun.
The entrance to the house is into a living room furnished with table, chairs and TV, as well as 1 120-cm sofa bed. The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom with air conditioning and 1 full shower room. The fourth sleeping place is on a cot.
 
The 2-room apartment also has a back veranda with garden, where there is a washing machine and a pilozza, small table, chairs and a mobile barbecue.

Residence Le Terrazze is located in Colle Azzurro, just outside the center of Porto Cesareo, a scenic and quiet residential area that allows you to reach the sea in a few minutes.
The lively center with all commercial and personal services is about 2 km away, while the first equipped beaches are 700 meters away, along the stretch of coastline that joins Porto Cesareo to its most famous hamlet: Torre Lapillo.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
