Located on the first floor of a traditional Porto building (no elevator), this beautifully renovated studio combines contemporary comfort with the generous proportions of classic architecture. A dining table comfortably seats two guests for breakfast, meals or remote work.

Walking: Many attractions and amenities are within walking distance from the apartment. You can leisurely stroll through the charming streets of Boavista and discover local cafes, shops, and landmarks.

Public Transportation: The Boavista area is well-connected by public transportation. You can easily catch buses, trams, and metro lines to access various parts of the city. The nearest metro stations are: Casa da Música, within a short walk away and serves as a major hub for getting around Porto, and Carolina Michelis (just 270 meters.

Biking: Porto offers a bike-sharing system that allows you to rent bicycles and explore the city on two wheels. The flat terrain and bike lanes in certain areas make biking a fun and eco-friendly way to move around.

Taxis and Ride-Sharing: Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available in the Boavista neighborhood. They offer a convenient way to travel directly to your desired destinations.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys in the mailbox.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly bill consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
