The Space:
This Studio is located on the 2nd floor turned to the pedestrian and calm street. Access is done through stairs.

The apartment has a kitchen with all the appliances, including:

* Pots and Pans
* Dishes and glassware
* Cutlery

The bathroom is very generous in size and we provide:
* Hairdryer
* Bath and hands towels

* First aid kit

The sleeping space offers a 140x200 very comfortable bed with 4 pillows. Also, there is plenty of space in our charriot with hangers.

The living space, you will find a dining table with 2 chairs and a sofa.

The TV offers a wide variety of international channels and WIFI is stable and fast!

The apartment has a small balcony.

Guest Access:
Access is granted by key which is provided to each guest personally and upon arrival.

Please remember we are not a Hotel and therefore there is no reception neither someone in the property. We will always ask for your estimated time of arrival so we can coordinate your welcoming in person and provide all the information and answer to all your questions.

We are available on the apartment chat and will be always connected to you in case you need anything and are 24/7 available on call.

Other Things to Note:
We charge 20€ for every check in after 8pm.
