Emplacement idéal

L'appartement est plein centre, à 5 ou 10 minutes de tous les lieux magiques de Porto.Spacieux et plutôt bien équipé.Par contre literie catastrophique, personne n'achèterait ca pour lui même, et beaucoup de sensations de pas fini... meubles bancals, rien pour suspendre les serviettes, robinet non fixés, carrelages de douches sans joint, etc... rien de dramatique mais on sent tres vite que c'est un appartement sans vie. A louer surtout pour l'emplacement.

Emplacement idéal, équipement minimum

Location location location! Très bon emplacement, idéal pour découvrir Porto à pieds. L’appartement est d’une belle grandeur mais équipement très minimum…. Le matelas est horrible on sent les ressorts dans le dos lorsqu’on dort et il est beaucoup trop ferme. Pas de pain de savon pour la douche, aucun support dans la douche pour shampoing & savon. Pas de support non plus dans la salle de bain pour serviettes.

Location was excellent- close to restaurants, shops, easy walk to riverfront. The layout was odd. Windows were blocked by thick plastic. Not a comfortable place.

Great location, excellent hosts

From the time we arrived at the station the hosts were in contact with us, gave us all the information we needed, and responded promptly and helpfully to all our questions. The apartment was exactly as described and met our needs. The location was perfect for walking around Porto, particularly the Ribeira area. Would highly recommend.

Nice apartment - needs a new mattress

The apartment is as advertised. It is a solid location in the Flores district somewhat between Ribiera and downtown so it is fairly easy to get to either. The furnishings and kitchen stock is fairly sparse - we didn't cook in the unit. Big windows let in a lot of light. Bedroom is quiet although the neighborhood clock strikes the hour from 0800 on, but it is not loud. Bathroom works pretty well although only a handheld shower head and the floor is very slippery...an earlier concern...could be fixed in 30 minutes. Bring bath soap/shampoo and all the ingredients for cooking if you plan to cook - not even salt/pepper/oil. Our biggest concern was the mattress. You could feel the springs through the fabric and it was uncomfortable. We slept on the comforter for more cushion and covered up with the sheet. I tried the fold out couch and it really isn't comfortable for an older adult. Unless the mattress is changed, I wouldn't stay here. Also, the maintenance guy came in where we were gone to fix the toilet without our permission.

Stay in Porto

The location was perfect and the accommodations were adequate. There was no toilet paper when we arrived so had to go out and purchase some. Only one towel each for 5 days. No hand soap. Bed could use a mattress cover and the bathroom could use hooks or something to hang the towels on, no place to put your wet towels. Also a heads up about parking would have been nice.

Check in was a bit tricky. The door to the room looks more like a storage locker. I was very surprised that it was actually the entrance. The accommodation was comfortable. The shower didn’t drain easily , we had to turn the water off for a period as not to overflow the shower. The view was fairly nonexistent. We were supposed to have online check in, but communication was poor. We went to the main office instead. At the end of the day it was a good fit, but tricky upon arrival.

Très bon emplacement

À deux pas de la gare, d’une station de métro, dans le centre historique, bref emplacement au top ! Pas contre pas isolé phonétiquement, j’ai cru dormir avec les mouettes 😉 et il faut tirer à la courte paille pour savoir qui aura le canapé lit …. pas un cadeau pour le dos …

appartement idéalement situé

L'appartement est idéalement situé pour notre séjour de 4 jours sur Porto ( 1 adulte et 2 ado) . Une belle pièce à vivre, une salle de douche agréable et une belle chambre. Les rangements sont conséquents.On a eu un petit soucis de serrure mais qui a été résolu . Je recommande cet appartement charmant pour un séjour à Porto

Great location and property

Easily rented. Excellent communcation with property management. Did not realize initially that the keys to the property we’re to be picked up from the property management office before going to the apartment. Joao was great. He called a taxi, went down to the street and waited with us until it arrived.

Séjour à Porto

Excellente location dans une belle maison, très bien située dans le centre historique, à part quelques petits détails comme le manque de patères dans la salle de bain pour les serviettes, le rideau de douche trop haut laissant passer l’eau, le manque de prise dans la cuisine, les éclairages insuffisants et le détecteur de présence dérangeant la nuit. Magnifique ville !

Beautiful, clean, convenient!

This was a great place to stay, very central to wine bars, restaurants, tourist shopping, and bike rentals. Having a car is not convenient, as parking is expensive and challenging. Have fun!

Review of our stay

This property exceeded our expectations. It was in the perfect location to access of the different areas of Porto. The security of the building was very good and we felt safe staying here. Overall, the interior was very clean and comfortable and had all the necessary accommodations. I highly recommend.

Great location

The apartment was clean and in a location near restaurants, bakeries, shops, and the river. It didn’t seem to have heat, however and so was cold inside. The stovetop also didn’t work. Good for a couple of days. The driver who picked me up at the airport was exceptional!
