Tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment, which is 100m2, is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

The property is located on the 7th floor and accessible by lift.

The living room features a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

There are 3 rooms in the property, 1 of which is an ensuite. Each room sleeps 2, and all beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Please be aware that conservation works will be carried out in the building’s BC fraction, corresponding to the 10th E, from 4 November 2024 to 4 February 2025. The work is scheduled for Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 20:00. Guests should expect a higher level of noise during this period.

Please do not use the building's garbage chute, as it will clog up.

This property offers an exceptional base in Porto's charming Foz do Douro neighbourhood. Known for its tranquil ambience and proximity to both the Douro River and the Atlantic Ocean, Foz is one of Porto’s most scenic and prestigious areas, blending natural beauty with a sophisticated urban vibe.

Just a short walk from the apartment, you'll find Praia da Luz and other beautiful beaches. These sandy stretches are popular for relaxing by the sea, taking a stroll along the promenade, or enjoying a coffee at a beachfront café. For those who prefer green spaces, Jardim do Passeio Alegre is a lovely riverside garden, ideal for a peaceful walk amidst fountains, trees, and panoramic views of the Douro River.

Exploring Foz further, the Foz Market (Mercado da Foz) offers a variety of fresh local produce, giving you a taste of Porto’s culinary scene. Nearby, the acclaimed Museu de Serralves and its extensive park and gardens present contemporary art exhibits, concerts, and year-round events for art lovers.

For dining, Foz is home to some of Porto's best restaurants, including Cafeína, a chic bistro, and Terra, known for its diverse menu and relaxing outdoor seating. Along the Douro River, the scenic riverside path provides a wonderful setting for a leisurely walk or bike ride, with views of the water and the cityscape.

This location also offers excellent transport links, with convenient bus routes and close access to main roads that lead directly into Porto's downtown and other neighborhoods, allowing you to easily explore all that Porto has to offer. In Foz do Douro, enjoy a blend of coastal charm, urban sophistication, and easy access to Porto's historic and cultural landmarks.

It is conveniently located just a few minutes from a bus station (BUS 500) that takes you directly downtown in just 10 minutes. Right outside the property is also a scooter rental point! Perfect for exploring the city!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
