This lovely 90m² apartment is ideally situated near many popular attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary options.

The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a cozy sofa, a TV for your favorite shows, and a dining table. The windows flood the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The space also opens onto a terrace with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying the fresh air.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, such as an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all essential cookware and cutlery.

There are three bedrooms: two with queen-size beds, TVs, and wardrobes, and one with a single bed. All beds are dressed in hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The bathrooms come with fresh towels and toiletries, offering everything you need to refresh and unwind.

The apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay to ensure the highest level of comfort.

Boavista is a vibrant, creative district home to some of the city's most popular attractions: The Fundação Serralves, a cutting-edge art museum and villa in lush wooded gardens, the Jardins do Palácio de Cristal are a beautiful green space with a glass palace at its centre and a great view of the Douro river, while the Mercado Bom Sucesso is the perfect spot to have something to eat. With a variety of local and international cuisine, cafes and a supermarket. The stunning Casa da Música is a world-renowned concert hall and one of the most acoustically advanced in the world. It hosts a variety of musical events throughout the year.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Carolina Michaelis, is just a 2-minute walk.

The Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
