This apartment is located on the lower ground. It is designed with stone walls and an interior that can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people.

Fitted with a comfy sofa bed, the living room is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day of exploring the city. Multiple windows throughout the space allow you to enjoy sunlight and city views from the comfort of your home!

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for a delicious meal.

The bedrooms contain double beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces for your belongings.

The property features 1.5 bathrooms: a full bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink, and a convenient powder room equipped with a toilet and sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for your comfort.

Construction is ongoing next to the building. As a result, some noise may be expected during the day.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

You can easily access some of the city's most iconic attractions from this great location, such as Livraria Lello, Jardins do Palácio de Cristal, Porto Cathedral, Casa da Música, Clérigos Tower and Clerigos Church and Tower. Be sure to visit the stunning Chapel of Souls while you're there. After a day of sightseeing, head to one of the area's excellent restaurants and bars, such as Capa Negra II, Abadia do Porto, Galeria De Paris and Taylor's Port. There's no better way to explore Porto than with a stay at this beautiful apartment!

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest tram stop, Viriato, is just a 10-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
