This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a convertible sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table for two. There's also a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Porto is a vibrant and historic city renowned for its charm and rich cultural heritage. This coastal city is famous for its stunning riverfront, a maze of narrow, winding streets, colourful buildings adorned with traditional Portuguese tiles, and a bustling waterfront district in Ribeira. Porto is equally celebrated for its world-famous port wine, aged in cellars across the river in Vila Nova de Gaia. The city boasts a captivating blend of old and new, with centuries-old churches and landmarks alongside contemporary architecture and a thriving culinary scene. Porto's warm and welcoming atmosphere, combined with its scenic beauty and cultural treasures, make it an enchanting destination for travellers.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest tram station, Viriato, is just a 2-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is about a 30-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
