    Enjoy a stylish and comfortable stay in this inviting apartment, where comfort meets modern design. The living area features a double sofa bed, perfect for relaxing during movie nights on the TV or browsing online using the WiFi.

    The living space flows seamlessly into a well-equipped kitchen with essential cookware, utensils, cutlery, and a dishwasher, making meal preparation easy and enjoyable.

    Upstairs, the cozy mezzanine bedroom offers a peaceful retreat and opens onto a private balcony—an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee and take in the calm neighborhood surroundings. After a day exploring Porto’s vibrant streets, this space provides the perfect place to unwind.

    On the main floor, the bathroom features a refreshing shower, with fresh towels and essential toiletries provided for your convenience.

    The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

    We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

    A comfortable and well-located apartment in Porto, set in a residential area close to the city center. Guests can easily reach the historic downtown, Bolhão Market, and Rua de Santa Catarina, as well as enjoy local cafés and shops nearby. With good transport connections, it’s an ideal base for exploring Porto’s culture, gastronomy, and vibrant urban life.

    The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

    The nearest train station, Campanhã, is just a 15-minutes walk.

    Francisco Sá Carneiro airport is an 18-minute drive from the property.

    This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


    There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


    Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


    For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


    Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
    Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
    Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Best place to stay in Porto : Cozy atmosphere, charming wooden staircase, and that balcony and terrace combo is a real highlight. Spotlessly clean, easy self check-in, and perfectly located near Campanha Station with a quick Uber to downtown Porto. Highly recommend.

Very good : Everything was very clean, but as the house had been closed up for a long time, there was a smell that seemed to be coming from the drains; however, it was only in the living room – the bedrooms were very clean and smelled fresh, and I didn’t find anything dirty at any point The street is a bit hidden away, but after walking a short distance I realised it’s less than 5 minutes from Porto Campanhå bus station, which made things much easier for us

Exactly what you need, where you need it and how you need it : Had an amazing stay at this charming place. The apartment has so much character, especially with the beautiful wooden staircase and cozy interior design. What really made it special was having both a balcony and terrace to enjoy some appetizers and take in the neighbourhood. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the self check-in was straightforward and hassle-free. It's very well located for train connections near Campanha Station, which made it really easy to get to Lisbon as our next stop, and just a quick Uber away from downtown Porto. Everything was perfect for exploring Portugal. Couldn't ask for more. Can't find negatives tbh, everything was as expected and beyond. The hosts story is super cute and nice.

Caro para o apresentado nas fotos. Positive: A caixa de boas vindas. A cama era muito confortável.

It was more expensive than what was shown in the photos. The welcome pack. The bed was very comfortable. Good location, although it’s a quiet neighbourhood, there wasn’t much nearby to walk to (shops, restaurants…) Cleanliness was a bit below expectations; the sofa had several white stains, looked a bit grubby, had several corners with small marks, and there was a small spider’s web at the entrance. The terrace was poorly maintained, with the floorboards raised, mushrooms growing in the wood, and several spider’s webs on the wall. The stairs leading up to the bedroom were narrow and steep, not very practical. The bathroom was very small. The shower head was already half-detached from the wall, at risk of falling out, and the sliding bathroom door wasn’t properly fitted either, at risk of falling off. The kitchen crockery (pots and pans) was poorly washed, with burnt bits of dirt stuck to it. Overall, it was expensive considering the space.
