The sleeping area features an inviting double bed and spacious built-in wardrobes to keep your belongings neatly organised.

The exquisite kitchenette, with its minimalist lines and fitted cupboards, is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all your meals. In addition to crockery and essential utensils, it features a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, oven, induction hob and other modern appliances to assist you in your daily life.

The fantastic balcony is conveniently accessed through the living room's large French windows, which allow wonderful natural light to brighten the entire area during the day. This charming outdoor space is the true gem of the property: it features a relaxing hanging egg chair and breathtaking panoramic views directly overlooking the sea — the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee to the sound of the waves and feel the sea breeze.

The bathroom is equipped with all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Just minutes away, you will find the extensive and stunning Gaia coastline, famous for its wooden boardwalks (Passadiços de Gaia) that invite long walks or bike rides by the sea. The region's greatest highlight is undoubtedly the magical Praia do Senhor da Pedra (in Miramar), a short trip away, where you can marvel at its iconic chapel built on the rocks, right on the sandy beach — one of the most photographed and romantic settings in Portugal!

Despite this fantastic seaside atmosphere, the location ensures that the vibrant city of Porto and its majestic Historic Centre are literally just around the corner. On a quick and scenic journey, you will reach the lively Cais de Gaia waterfront, where you can visit the world-famous Port Wine Cellars. From there, simply walk across the majestic Dom Luís I Bridge to dive into the heart of the city. Get lost in the colourful alleys of Ribeira (UNESCO World Heritage Site), marvel at São Bento Station, climb the Clérigos Tower and soak in all the cultural and gastronomic energy that Porto has to offer.

In addition to being an outstanding seaside and urban base, this address is truly strategic for discovering the great tourist gems of Northern and Central Portugal. Thanks to fast road access (A1 and A29) and proximity to the railway line, planning fantastic day trips is incredibly easy. Travelling south along the coast, you will quickly reach the romantic city of Aveiro — known as the "Venice of Portugal" for its picturesque canals and colourful moliceiro boats. Heading north, you can easily explore cities of great historical richness, such as Braga (the city of archbishops) or Guimarães (the stunning birthplace of the Portuguese nation).

The property is located in an area well served by bus lines.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately 20 to 30 minutes away by taxi, Uber or car.

This is a self check-in property and you will be required to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form which will be sent after the booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with an included limit of €80.

For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service).
Extra cleaning: price of one cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
