This delightful 35 m2 studio offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this dynamic city. It is located on the 1st floor and has a lift access.

It is designed with open living, sleeping and kitchen areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area and a comfortable queen bed, where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. The bed comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware, an oven, a cooking plate and a washing machine.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A hub of the port wine industry, Vila Nova de Gaia is peppered with cellars offering tours and tastings. It's also known for sandy beaches like Praia da Madalena and the scenic riverside road Cais de Gaia, with its cafe terraces and expansive views across the Douro.

Small restaurants serve grilled fish and seafood in the old fishing village of Afurada, where picturesque tiled houses line narrow streets. Vila Nova de Gaia has many attractions and a fantastic city to explore. Enjoy the local cuisine and several international restaurants as well!

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, General Torres, is just a 6-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
