This lovely apartment with 40m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

The living room features a comfy sofa where you can relax, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area has a lot of natural sunlight that brightens up the space, making it even more inviting. It has access to a balcony to enjoy the fresh air.

This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery to whip up a delicious meal. It includes an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and other utilities.

The bedroom is a pleasant room with a double bed and a wardrobe. It is equipped with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

It is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator.

The city of Porto, one of the city the most famous of Portugal, is known for all of its stately bridges and port wine production. The medieval Ribeira district is located in Porto on the riverside, there are plenty merchants houses and cafes. The São Francisco Church is a beautiful monument with an historical past. The Bolsa Palace (built in the 19th century) is located in the historical centre of Porto.

Before your check-in we will send you your check-in options and where to pick the keys.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
