The kitchen sits just beside the living space and is equipped with essential cooking utensils and appliances, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay.

From the living area, you can step out onto the private terrace, a wonderful outdoor space to relax. It features a comfortable L-shaped sofa shaded by a pergola, a dining table, and a fire pit—creating the perfect setting for outdoor meals or cozy evenings in the fresh air.

Upstairs, the bedroom offers a peaceful retreat beneath a charming sloped ceiling with exposed beams. The comfortable double bed ensures restful nights, and the en-suite bathroom features a refreshing shower with fresh towels provided for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

A stylish apartment in the heart of Porto, perfect for exploring the historic center on foot. Guests are just minutes from Clérigos Tower, Livraria Lello, and Avenida dos Aliados, as well as the beautiful São Bento Train Station with its famous azulejo tiles. The lively Ribeira riverside, the iconic Dom Luís I Bridge, and the Gaia wine cellars are also within easy reach. Surrounded by traditional restaurants, wine bars, cafés, and boutique shops, it’s an ideal base to experience Porto’s culture, gastronomy, and historic charm.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Bolhão (Metro do Porto – Lines A, B, C, E, and F), is just a 5-minute walk from the property, providing easy connections across the city.

The nearest train station, São Bento (CP – urban and regional lines), is approximately a 7-minute walk, offering convenient rail connections within the Porto region.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is around a 20–25 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

Esta é uma propriedade com check-in automático e será solicitado que verifique sua identidade antes de poder fazer o check-in no apartamento (2 PM).


Existe uma política de tolerância zero para fumar na propriedade. Se nossa equipa descobrir qualquer prova de que esta regra foi violada (por exemplo, cheiro de tabaco, cinzas, beatas, etc.), é nos reservado o direito de cobrar uma taxa no valor de € 200 EUR, no mínimo.


Por favor, note que para estadias superiores a 30 noites, existe uma política de uso justo dos utilitários que será aplicada com um limite de 80 € incluído.


Para os primeiros dias, fornecemos as seguintes comodidades básicas: pequenos recipientes de gel de banho, shampoo e sabonete, papel higiénico, rolo de cozinha, esponja, detergente da loiça e saco do lixo.


Chaves extra: 20€ (conjunto extra quando possivel, perda de chaves ou serviço de abertura de porta).
Limpeza extra: preço de uma taxa de limpeza.
Roupa Extra: 30€ (toalhas e lençóis para 2 pessoas, ou seja, quando o sofá-cama não está incluído).
