The bedroom offers a tranquil retreat with a comfortable double bed, soft lighting, and tasteful decorative touches, ensuring restful nights. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to provide maximum comfort.

Lastly, the contemporary bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, a large mirror, and plenty of storage space, with fresh towels provided for your convenience.

One of the highlights of the apartment is the private terrace, surrounded by greenery and furnished with an outdoor table and chairs. It's the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, share an al fresco meal, or simply relax in a peaceful setting away from the city's bustle.

A stylish and centrally located apartment in Porto, set in the vibrant Cedofeita district, one of the city's most authentic and trendy neighborhoods. Guests can easily explore the nearby Crystal Palace Gardens, the iconic Clérigos Tower, and the world-famous Livraria Lello, all within walking distance.

The area is known for its lively atmosphere, filled with charming cafés, traditional restaurants, art galleries, and local boutiques. The historic Ribeira and the Douro River waterfront are also easily accessible, making it an ideal base for experiencing Porto's rich history, culture, gastronomy, and vibrant city life.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Lapa (Metro do Porto – Line D), is approximately an 8–10 minute walk from the property, providing easy access to Porto city centre and surrounding areas.

The nearest train station, Porto São Bento (CP – urban and regional lines), is approximately a 20-minute walk or 10-minute drive away, offering convenient connections throughout the region.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 20–25 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
