This apartment is perfect for couples or small families seeking comfort and convenience in Porto. Situated on the 6th floor and accessible by lift, it provides a peaceful stay with all the essentials.

Designed with an open-concept layout, the bright living area includes a cosy double sofa bed, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. Step out onto the private balcony, where you can relax in the fresh air on the comfortable seating area.

The fully equipped kitchenette features everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and all necessary cookware and utensils.

For your convenience, the apartment also includes a dishwasher for easy cleanup, as well as a washer, dryer, and ironing equipment to take care of your laundry needs during your stay.

The tranquil bedroom is fitted with a comfortable double bed and hotel-quality linens, ensuring restful nights. It also includes an en-suite bathroom stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for a worry-free experience.

Located in the quiet, residential area of Campanhã, the property offers a peaceful retreat while remaining close to many of Porto’s key attractions. Just 150 meters away is the iconic Estádio do Dragão, home of FC Porto and a must-visit for football fans. For music lovers, the renowned Casa da Música concert hall is about 5 km away, offering a wide range of performances in a stunning modern venue.

Art and culture enthusiasts can visit the Serralves Museum and Gardens, located around 7 km from the property, or explore the historic Ribeira district along the Douro River, only 6 km away. This charming neighbourhood is filled with restaurants, cafes, and traditional architecture. Wine lovers can also explore the Port Wine Museum, approximately 6.5 km away, to learn more about the region’s most famous export.

Guests will also appreciate the proximity to Alameda Shopping, just a short walk from the property. This shopping centre features a large Continente supermarket open until 11 PM, a 24-hour pharmacy, a cinema, and a variety of restaurants, offering added convenience and entertainment.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
