Welcome to my home!

This 50m2 studio is designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfy sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area features oversized windows that brighten the space, making it even more inviting.

The adjacent kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to cook delicious meals, including an electric plate, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities for your use.

The bedroom on the mezzanine is a pleasant room with a queen bed and storage space for your belongings. The bed comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathroom has all the necessary amenities for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your health and safety.

Experience all Porto has to offer in the vibrant and historical neighbourhood of Bolhao. Our area is known for its attractions, such as the iconic Luís I Bridge, the beautiful Livraria Lello, the Jardins do Palácio de Cristal, Porto Cathedral, Clérigos Tower, Clerigos Church and Tower, Ageas Porto Coliseum and the Chapel of Souls. Getting around is easy as Bolhão and Aliados stations are just minutes away on foot.

If you're looking for an excellent place to eat, look no further than Abadia do Porto, Galeria De Paris and Café Guarany for the best in traditional Portuguese cuisine and coffee. Relax in the stunning Yeatman Hotel spa, and finish your day with a stroll around the nearby historical sites. With all it has to offer, Bolhao is the perfect destination for your next visit to Porto.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest tram stop, Batalha, is just a 5-minutes walk.

The nearest train station, 24 de Agosto (lines A, B, C, E, F), is just an 8-minutes walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Great location

I really appreciate the location an unit size but really the mildew smell was too intense, so I left 7 days before the end of it. I am not sure what causes it. I purchased candles and googled options but at the end, if the AC wasn’t at a full blast, the smell was too intense for me.

Great Location/Clean/Comfortable:A little claustrophobic

The apartment was lovely, very clean, easy check-in, and in a great location. We really have no complaints.. Our only issue is there are technically no windows. Two tiny windows on the second floor that look out to a wall. As a result, the apartment seems a bit claustrophobic. Otherwise, it was great.

On arriving the property smelt damp but soon cleared with the dehumidifier. Very noisy neighbours. The apartment itself was lovely and very clean. Well organised except the stairs were a little scary. We had to purchase a bottle opener as one wasn’t provided. We didn’t use room service for extra towels and displayed the do not disturb notice

Cute place

The place was cute. The location was great. It was about 15 mins away from a lot of places so it was easy walkable access to everything we wanted to check out. There was no iron. The sound travels through the walls. You could hear the upstairs neighbors walking loudly, the next door neighbors, people coming and going which got noisy and disruptive for sleeping. There was a lot of humidity and air was mucky but that seems to be the case everywhere. We had a good time, I definitely recommend this place. The check in and out was super easy.

Great location but smells

The apartment was very well situated with a parking right across the street 12€ per day. The only problem was the smell. When I checked there was no Ptrap on the sinks and the sewer smell was coming out. When I talked to the cleaning person about it she just started the dehumidifier in the living room. That did not remove the smell even though I had to empty it every 12 hours.

When we first entered the flat, there was a horrible smell of mildew. There was a dehumidifier running, and the heat was set to high to absorb some of the moisture that was in the room. We found an air freshener plug-in that was in a common area and used it in our room after the third day, it started to smell a little bit better. Besides that everything else was good.

Nice

Enjoyed my stay in this apartment. The housekeeping service is a nice touch. The apartment has problems with ventilation and electricity load but otherwise it offers everything you’d need for a self-contained stay. There’s also a supermarket right across the road from the apartment.
