The large windows flood the entire room with fantastic natural light. The sofa converts into a bed for one extra guest.

The compact and refined kitchenette is ideal for preparing your daily meals. In addition to crockery and essential utensils, it features a kettle, coffee machine, built-in microwave, induction hob and other practical appliances to assist you in your day-to-day life.

The sleeping area, subtly separated from the living room by an elegant white slatted panel, provides a serene environment to rest. It is equipped with an inviting double bed, television and an open industrial-style wardrobe to store your belongings in a perfectly organised manner.

The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned.

Located on the iconic Rua de Cedofeita, this accommodation places you in one of the most dynamic, creative and sought-after areas of the city. The energy of this neighbourhood is a perfect fusion between Porto's traditions and a modern, trendy lifestyle. Cedofeita is widely known as the neighbourhood of arts and good taste: just a few steps away you will find the famous Quarteirão de Miguel Bombarda, full of contemporary art galleries, independent design shops, vintage stores and charming cafés where you can enjoy a delicious brunch. Just a few minutes' walk away, you can also relax in the romantic Jardins do Palácio de Cristal, which offer stunning panoramic views over the Douro river.

The great advantage of staying on this main thoroughfare is that the vibrant Historic Centre of Porto (UNESCO World Heritage Site) is a pleasant walk away. As you head down the street, you will quickly immerse yourself in the heart of the city: in no time you will reach Praça de Carlos Alberto, the magical and world-famous Livraria Lello, the imposing Torre dos Clérigos and the grand Avenida dos Aliados. At night, the Galerias de Paris area is right next door, offering you the best of the city's nightlife and gastronomy, before you can retreat to the tranquillity of your accommodation.

In addition to being an ideal retreat in the centre of Porto, this address is a fantastic strategic base to explore the great treasures of Northern Portugal. With the Lapa or Trindade metro station a short distance away, and easy connections to the iconic São Bento Station, planning wonderful day trips is incredibly simple. On a relaxing train journey, you can travel back in time to the birthplace of Portugal in Guimarães (with its ancient castle), explore the Roman and religious charm of Braga, marvel at the moliceiro boats and canals of Aveiro (the "Venice of Portugal"), or head inland to be amazed by the terraced landscapes of the stunning Douro Valley.

On foot, you are just a few minutes away from several STCP bus stops, with connections to Porto city centre, Baixa, Boavista and other areas of the city.

The nearest Metro station is Lapa or Marquês (Yellow Line), just a short walk away, with connections to the entire Porto metropolitan network, including Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (via Trindade to the Violet Line).

Francisco Sá Carneiro International Airport is approximately 20 to 30 minutes away by car or metro. Taxis and services such as Uber and Bolt are widely available in the area.

By car, the property has easy access to the Via de Cintura Interna (VCI) and the city's main roads.

This property has automatic check-in and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form which will be sent after the booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80 included.

For the first few days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service).
Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
