A Note on Expectations:

While we aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible, please note that the shower may have lower water pressure than some guests are used to. As is common in many older residential buildings, the sound insulation isn't very good. Hence, sound may carry between units, so you may occasionally hear neighbours.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will need to verify your identity before you can check into the flat.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee, at a minimum.
