This delightful 110 m2 apartment offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this dynamic city. It is located on the 3rd floor and does not have lift access.

As you enter the apartment, you'll be in an open-plan living area. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware, an oven, a cooking plate, and a coffee maker.

The living space features a lovely sitting area with a TV projector where guests can relax and a lovely balcony to enjoy the fresh air and sunlight.

The master bedroom is modernly decorated and includes a king-size bed, a TV, and multiple storage spaces. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a complete bathroom.

There is another bathroom in the common area with all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Step into the enchanting world of Cedofeita, one of Porto's oldest neighbourhoods, where a mix of commercial and residential buildings dates back to the 18th century. The name Cedofeita, meaning "Early Made," perfectly captures the timeless essence of this historic district.

Known as the art district of Porto, Cedofeita boasts an array of art galleries and traditional stores, offering a delightful blend of creativity and heritage. Stroll through the picturesque streets and immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere, where every corner reveals a piece of the past and a hint of artistic flair.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Carolina Michaelis, is just an 8-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 15-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
