The open-concept kitchen is ideal for socializing and sharing meals. Fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and a dishwasher, it has everything you need to whip up delicious dishes with ease.

The first bedroom boasts a modern design with a comfortable queen bed, a TV, air conditioning, and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom is equally inviting, featuring another cozy queen bed, air conditioning, a TV, and plenty of storage. An ensuite bathroom adds a touch of luxury, offering a private retreat to refresh and recharge.

The shared bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Bonfim, a lively neighbourhood in Porto, offers a mix of tradition and modernity, making it a favourite among visitors. Its charming streets, historic architecture, and local eateries create an authentic and inviting atmosphere, perfect for exploring the city’s rich culture.

With easy access to Porto’s main attractions and public transportation, Bonfim is an excellent base for discovering the city. From relaxing in Jardim de São Lázaro to enjoying a glass of Port wine, this vibrant area promises a memorable experience.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Heroismo Subway Station (500mts); Campanhã Train and Subway Station (600mts);

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is an 18-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
