The Space:

Discover a recently renovated apartment, ideal for your stay in Porto. The apartment has two double bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, guaranteeing privacy and comfort. The living room, with an inviting sofa and a dining table, is perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals. The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary needs, and the two bathrooms offer all amenities. For your comfort, the apartment includes air conditioning, elevator, Smart TV and Wi-Fi.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the two bathrooms, two suites, fully equipped kitchen, and dining room. Enjoy all the amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and much more. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible by elevator.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located on Rua João das Regras, near Praça da República, in a central area of ​​Porto. Explore the area, with easy access to attractions such as Rua do Almada and Galerias de Paris, within walking distance. Discover shops in Praça Carlos Alberto and admire Avenida dos Aliados. The Sé Cathedral, Rua de Santa Catarina and Praça da Batalha are also nearby. Visit the Miradouro da Ponte D. Luís I or Jardim do Morro for incredible views. Try the Francesinha in the Lapa neighborhood, near the apartment. Faria Guimarães metro station is a 5-minute walk away, with access to all lines, and Trindade station is 8 minutes away. The area offers cafes, restaurants, shops and bus stops. To explore the riverside area, take bus 500 near São Bento station, which takes you to Ribeira, Foz and the beaches of Matosinhos.



Important note: there are ongoing works near the apartment, causing noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control but may affect the stay of our guests. Therefore, we follow a transparency policy to ensure our guests' expectations are properly managed. It is our mission to ensure Liiiving is easy!



Getting Around:

For your convenience, we offer a transfer service upon request (price on request). In addition, the apartment is well connected to the city's public transport network.



Other Things to Note:

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking.



If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the authorized check-out time, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.



If you lose the key, a fee will be applied (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team's assistance to open the door, there will be a cost of €40 after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – fee upon request.



For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a utility limit (water, electricity, and internet/TV package) of €190. If this amount is exceeded, the additional cost will be covered by the guest.



The tenant agrees to allow entry of a team member for property inspection whenever requested by the host, with monthly visits planned for this purpose.
