A dedicated laptop stand gives you a practical spot to stay productive, with AC to keep you refreshed, whether you're catching up on work or mapping out your next adventure. Plus, a spacious built-in wardrobe helps keep everything neatly organized, so you can settle in and feel at home.

- Functional Kitchenette: Equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, and Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not included). The dining table for two also doubles as a workspace.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00. Only one set of keys will be provided.

￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.

￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.

￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utilities' bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
