THE SPACE

Located in a completely renovated 19th-century stone house, the studio has a beautiful 70m2 garden perfect for enjoying a moment of relaxation and privacy in the city centre. It has a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette and a multifunctional table for working or enjoying a good meal.

The garden is shared with 1 apartment in the same building.

To reach this apartment, it will be necessary to climb the stairs, as there is no lift.



The house is equipped with:

Refrigerator, freezer, crockery, coffee machine, oven, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, iron and hairdryer.

From 15 April 2026 to 15 April 2028, there will be renovation and refurbishment works in the house next door on the right. This could cause problems and noise during the week. If you wish to cancel, this is possible when making the booking.
