Frukosten var utsökt med personlig service. Speciellt Marianna som varje morgon hälsade välkommen, visste precis vilket rumsnummer och så trevlig. Hela hotellet präglas av god service och stor vänlighet. Fint rum, bra städning, kvällsfix i rummet kändes så varmt. Tofflor och liten matta vid sängen som var uppbäddad, lite extra städning om detta behövts. Så bra hotell med bästa läget nere vi floden. Vi kunde inte haft det bättre

Perfect location and enviroment for exploringthe very old O'Porto. Try to figurer out how many really old portvine houses you can see on the opposite riverbank of Douro from the hotel. I did found 18.

Fantastiskt bra läge, men kanske en aning dyrt i förhållande till andra hotell med samma standard. Man betalar för läget. Löjligt höga priser på SPA:et.

Bästa läget i stan. Fantastisk frukost. Bra sängar. Vi hade dessutom ett stort och fint takrum med utsikt åt två håll. Enda minus var dålig förvaring.

This was a beautiful, historic property. The balcony, river view was worth every penny! The only possible complaint is that the carpet is a bit worn in the room but that’s all I can think of to point out

If you stay at the Pestana Vintage Hotel, expect to be pampered! We spent 6 nights right in the heart of the Ribeira area and loved every minute. This property offers delicious breakfasts, accommodating staff and an excellent location to explore the entire area. Our room was very spacious, with a soaker tub and loads of hot water to let you ease your muscles for the next day’s hilly walks.we loved it.

Mi spiace lamentarmi ma ho chiesto una colazione particolare per la mia compagna che ha il diabete hanno detto che avrebbero dato quello che chiedevo per lei a colazione ma alla fine non è andata così! inoltre ho chiesto un transfer dal hotel all' aeroporto e mi hanno detto che avrei pagato 35 euro (conversazione attraverso vs sito dovreste poter vederla) invece arrivato in aeroporto mi ha chiesto 45 euro!! ovviamente ho pagato ma mi sono sentito preso un giro!vedete voi se è giusto così in tal caso non acquisterò mai più del vs sito Saluti

We really liked that the hotel is conveniently close to restaurants and shopping and just a short walk to Vila Nova de Gaia. The staff was very helpful and accommodating! They made lunch and dinner recommendations and even made the reservations for us. We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel and look forward to staying there again on our next visit!

I like the friendliness of the staff. They helped us book where we can dine, too. They even prepared a to go box for us to bring to the airport when they learned that we will not be able to eat breakfast because our flight was at 5 am. We also didn’t have to worry about our airport transportation because they arranged everything for us. We also enjoyed the vibe of the place. We watched the performers along the river. It was fun and vibrant.

I really enjoyed staying here. They not only upgraded my room but they also looked after my suitcase for 12 days while I walked the Camino Português and came back to stay. Very helpful

Service and comfort was great!
We loved our stay. They staff made us feel so welcome and they were so helpful throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the hotel bar in the evenings with great cocktails and even a DJ. The breakfast buffet was also a very nice added touch. The location is perfect and the hotel has a lot of history and charm.

전체적으로 훌륭한 숙소입니다. 멋진 전망과 깨끗한 방, 그리고 깔끔한 조식이 마음에 들었습니다. 다만 샤워기 상태가 좀 좋지 않았고, 외부 소음이 조금 들리지만 크게 방해가 되진 않았습니다. 그리고 오전 10~11시쯤 외출 준비 중이었는데 청소하시는 분들께서 문을 확 열으셔서 좀 놀랬어요. ‘Do not disturb' 종이를 문고리에 걸어두어야 할 것 같아요!
