    Welcome to our newly built retreat, the perfect choice to meet all your needs!
    What makes our apartments different? They were designed with the Passive House concept in mind, ensuring high thermal comfort and indoor air quality. Our building features a level of insulation that’s twice the standard in Porto’s construction, with specially designed windows that isolate temperature and protect against outside noise, along with extra insulation in floors, walls, and ceilings.

    While the apartment is equipped with air conditioning for maximum comfort during temperature peaks, you’ll find you won’t even need to use it, as it’s complemented by an efficient VMC (Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery) system, which provides continuous airflow to renew the air, eliminating humidity and ensuring a pleasant and constant temperature. Equipped with all the appliances you might need, such as a dishwasher, washing machine/ dryer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and others, you’ll have everything you could desire.

    The apartment is divided as follows:
    ● Living/ Dining Area: Cozy and modern, with a comfortable sofa, side table and TV, as well as a dining table, creating the ideal space to relax after a day of exploring the city.
    ● Bed: The high-quality bed ensures a restful night’s sleep, with a premium mattress and linens for maximum comfort.

This property rental was one of our favourites during our Portugal road trip. First off, the property was located in a flat area of Porto with parking available outside the building, making transport of our personal things easy. Second, it was very clean, modern with all the things you'd want and more - ironing board/iron, washing machine/dryer and a bonus outdoor space! The rental was surprisingly spacious and I didn't feel like I was tripping over my personal things or my travel partner. It is set up with clever uses of space I will incorporate in my own vacation rentals. The only two things that would be an improvement are: 1. Since this is a self-check in rental, it was not immediately understood how the exterior building access worked. The guest info or link should clearly explain you have to look into the camera after keying the building code for the door to open! 2. Instructions for the washing machine, induction cook top and TV should be made avail in English! I had to google or go on youtube multiple times to learn how to operate these appliances out of fear of damaging them. Not a great guest experience. However, overall, we'd stay again. The welcome gift was a lovely touch.
