Accessible directly from the living area, the private terrace offers a comfortable outdoor lounge space ideal for enjoying the fresh Atlantic air. With outdoor seating and open surroundings, it creates an additional area to relax, read or enjoy a drink after a day at the beach.

The apartment includes two comfortable bedrooms, both with natural light, soft neutral tones and central air conditioning and heating.

Situated close to the coastline, the apartment is within walking distance of the beach and the seaside promenades of Canidelo.

Porto’s historic centre is only a short drive away, allowing easy access to the city while staying near the beach.

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

The apartment sits in Vila Nova de Gaia, within the premium Sal D’Ouro Ocean condominium, a modern and quiet residential area right by the Atlantic coast. From here, you’re only a short stroll away from some of Gaia’s most popular beaches: Praia dos Lavadores (10 minutes on foot) and Praia das Pedras Amarelas (15 minutes on foot). Both offer wide sandy stretches, perfect for long walks, refreshing swims, or simply enjoying the sea breeze at one of the oceanfront cafés and restaurants.

The neighborhood combines the calm of seaside living with easy access to the city. Just a short drive takes you into Porto’s historic center, where you can explore the Ribeira, the iconic Dom Luís I Bridge, and Gaia’s famous wine cellars overlooking the Douro River.

Closer to home, you’ll also find supermarkets, small shops, and local dining options, making everyday life convenient during your stay. Whether you’re looking to relax by the ocean, enjoy the outdoors, or discover the cultural pulse of Porto, this location brings it all together.

Public transport options in the area are limited:

- Bus stop at Praia dos Lavadores (10 minutes on foot)

- Coimbrões train station, 3.7 km away

For greater convenience, whether visiting the beaches, exploring Gaia, or reaching Porto quickly, a car is recommended. The apartment includes a private box garage, ensuring both practicality and security.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.

￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.

￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.

￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utility bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
