Nachts sehr sehr laut. Man hört alles was auf den Straßen abgeht. Es gibt keine funktionierende Heizung in der Wohnung. Duschkabine hatte kein Vorhang, Badezimmer stand quasi unter Wasser.

Location is the only advantage
The location is great, even though it is a bit noisy. The bathroom though was crazily humid and not very well clean. It was stinking and the exhaustion system was clearly not enough to keep up. Moreover, I was mislead by the pictures that there would have been two bathroom and a terrace, which was not the case.

Our stay in Spot Apartments was an amazing experience!! The management, their effort to accomodate requests and efficiency are second to none. Beatriz, who took care of us is a great professional and helpful person. The building is very well located and my family, with 2 kids, enjoyed a lot the stay. I highly recommend this property in Porto.

Cozy 2 room apartment
The apartment was clean and cozy. The minor drawback was the use of two small beds side-by-side in the main bedroom (my wife fell to the floor when beds shifted). Otherwise, it was very nice and suited or needs perfectly.

La ubicación es excelente, el apartamento muy cuidado. Posiblemente lo unico que diria en contra es la hora de entrada, ya que no es hasta las 16h, haciendo que si llegas temprano (como en nuestro caso), te tengas que esperar hasta la hora de poder entrar al apartamento.

Large apartment with 2 separated bedrooms. Spacious living room with OK bed couch for potential sleeping. Near by underground parking - follow the tram track to the open square. 24 hr parking around 35 EUR.

Excelente estádia e atendimento!
A nossa estádia foi ótima e a preocupação da Spot Apartaments com seus hospedes é excelente. No dia do Check-in tivemos problemas com aguá fria no chuveiro para tomar banho pois o aquecedor estava desligado e demorava 2 horas para aquecer toda a aguá da reserva. Fizemos a reclamação do problema e de forma a nos compensar pelo o imprevisto, a Spot Apartments ofereceu um ótimo buffet de pequeno-almoço para os dias restantes da nossa estádia. Super recomendo o apartamento, é muito confortavel! Vale avisar que durante a noite pode haver muito barulho na rua devido a um restaurante/ bar proximo do prédio.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and fit my family of 6. The hosts left a map of Porto and highlighted points of interest for us. The apartment is in a great location where every tourist attraction is in walking distance!!
