Furnished with a 3-seater sofa that converts into a double sofa-bed.
Also includes a dining table for four, TV, and air conditioning, all set against a clean, modern backdrop of wood tones, natural textures, and pops of green and blue.

Compact yet fully equipped, the kitchen opens directly onto the garden, making it easy to enjoy a morning coffee outdoors or a quiet dinner at home.
It includes a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Delta coffee machine, and kettle. Everything you need to settle in and feel at home.

Minimalist and cozy, the interior bedroom features a 160x200 cm double bed, a built-in wardrobe, and a TV.
Though it lacks windows and air conditioning, its cozy layout and quiet location make it ideal for restful nights.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts at 16:00. Only one set of keys will be provided.

￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.

￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox.

￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utility bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
