Very decent, well equipped one bedroom apartment in excellent area. Close to everything, but on quiet street away from the city crowds and noise. Easy check in and communication with nice and helpful staff. A lots of breakfast and dinner options nearby. Historic and picturesque Bolhao market is few steps away. And thanks to the well equipped kitchen, you can always prepare breakfast or dinner on your own.

Good location, very near Rua Santa Catarina and Mercado Bolhão. The apartment is cozy, needs better cleaning (had a spider net near the bed) and also filtration (water damage) that needs repairing. The neighbor from below was in a mood every time we passedby and would come out mad. Besides that the property is great, staff very nice and gave good explanations for check in and check out.

The staff was outstanding. When we first arrived the AC didn’t work. Bruno came over & fixed it right away. The sheets in the bed were great and pillows comfortable. We were very dissatisfied with the main bathroom. Tile Floor and shower were not that clean. The lighting in the hallway was out the entire stay, which was unsafe when trying to navigate a 3rd floor walk up. Aside from that the apt was decorated beautifully. Staff was outstanding and very helpful. We had a lovely stay in Porto and definitely will return.

Wonderful experience
My mother and I had a wonderful stay in this apartment. We were made feel very welcome and comfortable. The customer service was excellent and I would definitely recommend this apartment to friends.

Good location and cozy
The apartment is cozy and the location is central, we did everything by foot. We had the 2 bedroom with the terrasse. Just note that there is no elevator in the building and the apartment was on the 4th floor. The team is available by whatsapp and responded quickly and helped us e.g with Restaurant reservations. There is AC, kitchen equipment etc. Some of the facility is older and not in top shape, but everything was clean and considering the price we were super happy with our stay and would book again

Probably the best of its kind in Poro
Whenever i come to Porto i stay at this facilities, calm street, parking although its paid is next to the door, the apartment is top of the line, extremely well clean and kept, deco is modern and minimalist, all the conditions for having a pleasant stay for a night in business or in holidays. The check-in and check-out is made by whatsapp and couldn't be easier. I will go back.

Horrible , un enfer !!!!
Je déconseille cet établissement! Nous avons réservé 4 nuits , nous sommes partis après 2 nuits. Apres 5 heures de cris de bouteilles lancées par les fenêtres, aucune réaction des responsables, nous avoua dû appeler la Police . Un groupe d’intervention est venu sortir les 30 personnes qui se trouvaient dans l’appartement du dessus . Après avoir informé les responsables de l’établissement de notre départ, ils nous ont même pas proprosé un remboursement des 2 nuits restantes . Honteux I don't advise this facility! We booked 4 nights, we left after 2 nights. After 5 hours of bottle screams thrown by the windows, no response from the officials, confessed to us to call the police. An intervention group came out the 30 people in the apartment on top. After informing the heads of the establishment of our departure, they didn't even offer us a refund for the remaining 2 nights. Shame

In fact there was an issue with an apartment but was promptly solved. Our team was present there and in a few hours everything was calm. We checked our records and we didn't receive any call or message from you. It would be a pleasure to find you another apartment of our company as we have some other located in the city center. Your stay was for 4 nights and we believe that this situation that happened for a few hours, were not a reason to leave the apartment. Again, very sorry for this but we could have found a solution as we always do for our guests interest. Hope to see you another time in Your Opo Apartments

We arrived a bit early and contacted Marco to see if we could leave our luggage. He was more than happy to meet us at the apartment before the scheduled time. He took time to explain all the details of the apartment and told all about the area and Porto. It was worth it. We will use this apartment every time we return

Very bad stay.
Very disappointing : A technician came to fix the hot water and open the room with a key when my wife was alone, Air-condition did not heat the room. Internet was very weak. Bad smell from bathroom. Location was excellent.

We will take in consideration your review and improve our level of work. Regarding your complaint, we were informed about the problem with hot water and immediatly asked to techician to go there. As always, he knocked on the door for 3 times and waited for someone to open the door. Nobody opened the door. When this happens we enter carefully to check. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this caused. We hope that you enjoyed the very well located apartment in beautiful Porto. We really hope to see you again in the future in another Your Opo Apartment. Wish you a lovely day!

Very well decor apartment, fresh and clean. 1 of our top 3 stays in our 18-days Euro trip! Me and mum are well taken care of from the moment i booked the apartment and during our stays, the pre-trip communication with the staff are very detail and thoughtful, that makes us feel like home in Porto. The only issue was we didnt expect to carry our luggages to walk up the long stairs to our room! Luckily the driver arranged by apt are super nice to help us carry them all the way through ! Otherwise it would be extremely challenge for me n mum.

Een absolute aanrader!
Ruim, smaakvol ingericht, zeer proper, goed uitgerust appartement. Rustig, zonder straatlawaai. Twee badkamers, twee aparte slaapkamers (zeer fijn als je met kinderen reist) en een heel leuk dakterras met tuintje. Ligt op de vierde verdieping, dus goede training voor de benen 😊 (viel zeer goed mee, brede trap met leuning, veilig voor kinderen). Goed gelegen als uitvalsbasis, fijne buurt, met vlakbij diverse eetgelegenheden, waar je overigens leuk kan ontbijten. Goede communicatie vooraf, en ook tijdens het verblijf, behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Makkelijk te bereiken via whatsapp of via de smartphone die ze ter beschikking stellen ter plaatse. Wat ons betreft een absolute aanrader!

The staff and service was incredible, especially since we can compare it with apartments in several countries. The only problem was a rain leak in the bedroom corner that created bubbling paint and slight mold. But the rest of the amenities were outstanding

This is a great place to stay - staff are very helpful when you need them, but leave you alone if not. The properties are very private - like having your own flat without having to work around cleaning regimen etc

Péssimo Banheiro
Pontos Positivos: excelente localização, estacionamento pago próximo (20 euros 48 horas), celular a disposição do hóspede, atendimento 24 hs, boa iluminação, utensílios básicos de cozinha. Pontos Negativos: acesso com escadas. O quarto que ficamos o banheiro tinha um box minúsculo sem prateleiras para apoiar as coisas . A Cuba do banheiro era impossível de usar devido ao design dificultando escovar os dentes e impossível de lavar o rosto resultando o piso de madeira molhado e podre causando forte odor. Falta no quarto local para apoiar as coisas.
