We have fruit trees in the house (cashew, acerola, cocoa, coconut, banana, umbu) with lots of green. A very nice Gourmet area. And every now and then we get a visit from a very nice sloth.

The Space:
This delightful and very special property offers the ideal exclusive yet fun getaway which all the family will love. The well-equipped chef's kitchen is perfect for fixing family meals or hiring a local chef to come in and cook them for you. Every room is designed with taste and discernment, with so many homely touches that you will feel comfortable from the moment you arrive.

Guest Access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.

Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.

Other Things to Note:
The price includes staff for preparing breakfast (items not included), cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden, from 8 a.m to 4 p.m.

The most important House Rules are:

* Silence from 10pm till 8am
* Social visits must pre-approved by sending photos of their IDs for House authorization with anticipation and are limited from 8am until 10pm strictly and up to 3 people at the same time in the property, maximum of 6 per day
* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent
* No glass near the pool. In case a glass breaks inside of it, a R$ 2.000 penalty will be applied
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.

Interaction with Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need a help or suggestion from us.
