Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and tax code, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residential address to complete the customer record.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours of the arrival date. You can contact your local Carola contact person at any time after booking. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and dishes at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it.
We offer a charming three-room apartment in the historic center of Portoferraio, on a quaint and charming alley decorated with typical Elban colors.

This bright 70 sq m apartment owes its name to its rustic yet designer style: warm, neutral earth tones blend with cool grays, typical of modern and contemporary decor. The terracotta floors and wooden windows evoke a bygone era, blending effortlessly into the decidedly contemporary, minimalist decor. It is located on the third floor of a building without an elevator, with a direct, private staircase leading to the two units on this floor. It comprises an entrance hall with a small French bedroom on the left (ideal for up to 1 adult or 2 children). To the right is the living room with a single sofa bed, dining table, and small kitchen. A large, bright double bedroom is also located here. The hallway leads to the bathroom with a large walk-in shower and bidet.

Location Information:
- 3rd floor without elevator; lower part of the historic center near the main square
- From about mid-June to about mid-September, the center becomes a pedestrian area from 7:00 PM onwards, accessible only to vehicles with a pass (which can be requested from our staff)

Important Notes:
- Pets are not allowed
- Deposit (mandatory): €150; refundable at the end of your stay after inspecting the property
- Bed linen and towels: €20 for a single set; €40 for a double set, even for single use (must be requested at the time of booking; cannot be booked on site)
