During the busy summer months, when public parking often fills up early and visitors face long waits for a spot, you can simply arrive, park, and start enjoying Portofino right away.The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building without an elevator, so you must be comfortable with stairs. Private parking is a rare commodity in Portofino. Public parking lots are very expensive, offer no in-and-out privileges, and operate on a first-come, first-served basis—but you’ll have YOUR OWN DEDICATED SPACE. This also allows you to skip the line upon arrival in Portofino when the parking lot fills up. A huge plus!

There will be some paperwork to complete upon arrival. We’ll need to register all guests in accordance with Italian law, so we’ll require ID for all guests staying at the property. There is also a tourist tax of €2.50 per person (ages 15 and older) per night, which can be paid at check-in.
